As the the nights are getting darker and Autumn settles in, cheer yourself with our latest release: the Ambriel Blanc de Noirs 2015. Its a limited edition of only 750 bottles.

This Traditional Method English Sparkling Wine is made exclusively from our pinot noir grapes from 2015. A firm favourite at Ambriel HQ, we’re delighted, at last, to be able to share it with you.

It’ll welcome you with an apple crumble nose, before zinging red fruits soar on a shortbread biscuit effervescence. Its this Season’s mellow fruitfulness – and its not to be missed.  So curl up in front of the fire with a book and this generously indulgent Sparkling Wine. Or match it at supper with pork in apples and rosemary, or a nibble of cheese.

If you’re quick, it might even become your Sparkler for Guy Fawkes.
