Today we launch Cloud Ten. Its our limited edition magnum that has been ten years in the making. We have raided the library stock of our own cellars to release 250 bottles.

Cloud Ten is made up of our Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes harvested during our maiden harvest in 2010. We have nurtured it for a decade. These Sleeping Beauties have rested undisturbed on the bottle lees for over 9 years (it was only disgorged on 14th September 2020). Its wonderful. I bet you can guess what score we would give it out of ten.

Our thanks to the Spectator magazine for launching Cloud Ten to ‘connoisseurs and canny collectors alike’. Its not often that you get the chance to acquire the first wines from a Domaine. Nor, for that matter, is it easy to get hold of a magnum of English Sparkling wine from 2010. So carpe vinum.

A single bottle of Cloud Ten comes in a spectacular gift box and would make the most generous Christmas gift to someone you admire greatly. If you can bear to part with it. It is also available as  3 magnum pack without gift boxes.

If ecstasy is Cloud Nine, just image how you’ll feel on Cloud Ten.

Can we have some Summer?

Summer starts on the solstice on 21st June 2021. Whatever the weatherman may say about ‘meteorological summer’ (which is just an administrative fiction) you cannot fight the universe. The planet tilts when it tilts. Summer results. However, after the chilly start...
