Sometimes dreams do come true. I’ve been dreaming of a Blanc de Blancs Christmas and – at last – its here. Just in time for the festive season.

We hand-picked our carefully selected, estate-grown Chardonnay in October 2017 to make a great British Classic in the traditional method. Ambriel Blanc de Blancs 2017 has spent 39 months evolving on the bottle lees. The wine is as crisp as newly fallen snow, tingling your tongue with a lemony zing, and lifting your spirits with its joyous effervescence.

Slip it in your stocking ready for Christmas morning sipping. So naughty. So nice.

Or alternatively, bring joy to the world, and share it with your family over a Christmas breakfast of smoked salmon and scrabbled egg. Even better when your goose is cooked. Its the ultimate festive feasting fizz.

We have only produced a limited amount of Blanc de Blancs, so do get in touch if you would like some, and we’ll send it dashing though the snow. Naturally we’re biased, but we think its the most wonderful wine of the year.
