What a delightful surprise to discover Ambriel Classic has been chosen as the best non-vintage English Sparkling wine.
What a great filip after all the hard work of this year’s harvest. It is the second best pick-me-up – after a sip of ambrosial fizz of course.
Our single-estate, Traditional Method, Ambriel Classic spends 5 years on the bottle lees. So we think its rather special, and we’re delighted others agree.

A producer based in the South Downs in West Sussex. This wine smells of caramelised apple with a touch of yeast extract, take a sip and there’s firm lemony acidity with beautiful delicate little bubbles and a yeasty finish.’
