First the Huzzah Rosé: A gorgeous zingy pink to make you perky. Its nose of full-bloom rose comes from the 15% Pinot Meunier, but the strawberries and raspberries on the palate are pure Pinot Noir. This is a glorious rosé: serious winemaking but fun to drink. Sip when you’re feeling frolicksome and free.

AMBRIEL ROSÉ 2018
This is the big sister, made from a single clone of Pinot Noir (the 777, since you ask) with a 2% twinkle of Pinot Meunier for extra sparkle. This vintage rosé from 2018 is a jewel. The maceration on the skins, and its 48 months on the bottle lees gives it some extra gravitas. Perfect for grown-up ,thoughtful musings while watching the sun set (or indeed, rise.)
