Where do you deliver to?
- We deliver to GB mainland postal addresses. Please email us for delivery to a postal address outside the GB mainland: sales@ambrielsparkling.com
What are your delivery charges?
- Our delivery charges are:
– Free for one or more cases of 6 bottles
–£5 including VAT for 1 – 5 bottles
Any delivery charge will be shown on the checkout page.
What days do you deliver?
- We normally deliver Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Delivery will usually be made within a few days of your order, but we will contact you in the event of a delay. If you are out at the time of delivery, you will be able to contact our delivery agents to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
What if the bottle is damaged or doesn't meet my expectations?
- Please contact us if you are concerned that the goods do not meet your consumer rights.
- Let us know within 48 hours of delivery if any bottle arrives damaged and we’ll collect it, and either replace it or refund you – whichever you prefer.
